Nice big room, plenty of restaurants near by, breakfast was ok - hotel was fully booked and staff were stressed. But we got there in the end.
Staff were very friendly and the room was a good size and very clean. Good value for money. Very powerful showers.
The temperature was too hot for a comfortable nights sleep and there is no way to adjust this in room. The whole hotel was boiling (it was a cool spring day/night). I do wonder how much money could be saved if they turned the temp down a few degrees... Also, the area isn't the prettiest, but it is only a 10-15min walk from the beautiful part of Kew.
The staff at this hotel were excellent. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. They are a great asset to you company.
I do not like the use of a duvet only on the top of the bed. I would prefer a duvet and a top sheet. I found the duvet extremely hot but I could not remove it as there was nothing else lighter to use.
The choice of different size family rooms was good; i also appreciated the availability of soya milk at breakfast!
I arrived to check in relatively late the night before a bank holiday and the hotel staff didn't alert me to the free-the-next-day option to leave my car on the off-premises streetside just so they could charge me £7/night to use their car park
Helpfulness of staff and comfort and cleanliness of room
Rooms were large and very clean, comfortable bed, area around hotel is very quiet. Close to kew gardens and 10-20 minute walk to great restaurants and pubs easy commute to hammersmith or london city and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great Weekend
Couldn't fault anything. All staff very polite and friendly, hotel clean and comfortable.
We had a ceaser salad for lunch bith me and my partner and it was lovely. Also breakfast the staff were very helpful and accomodating. The room was lovely and cool when we entered and very clean with a huge bed.
Kids sitting in the hall ways that where on an excursion.
It was accesssible to Kew gardens where we were meeting up with family for a special birthday.
The only complaint was the noise of the airplanes going to heathrow airport
Despite being very busy the hotel still looked quite new.
Only one lift in operation for a 4 floor busy hotel!
Excellent friendly staff, great facilitities, clean and great value for money
The location was quite convenient for my work. There was access to several stores as well as a few restaurants. Transport facilities were excellent. Room was cozy and comfortable.
Noises from the floorboards and from the outside.
Breakfast was good.Air Conditioning very poor in room we stayed in.Difficult to find hotel as it is advertised as Kew but in fact is in Brentford. The staff very friendly and keen to help where possible.
Good for nearness to Kew Gardens, Hampton Court, and easy access to central London for sights and theatres.
